Wat Phu Festival
Laos, Champasak 14 - 18 February
One of the most colorful festivals in Laos, the Wat Phou festival is held on the grounds of the pre-Angkorian ruins near the small town of Champasak. Among the attractions are elephant races, buffalo fights, cock fighting, traditional music and dance performances.
